مبدأ العمل
Process: palm fruit bunch→ vertical hot-water sterilization tank(3 bar saturated steam,~145°C, 90-120 min, deactivates lipase, softens fruit) → drum-type thresher(vibration separates fruit from bunch; empty bunches discharged for compost/fuel) → mashing + cooking(rupture skin, separate flesh from kernel, soften flesh) → continuous screw oil press(twin-screw figure-8 horizontal cage, adjustable pressure cake-head controls residual oil and kernel breakage) → filtration→ centrifugal disc separator→ vacuum drying→ storage. Effluent treated by lagoon/pond system before discharge.
