Funktionsweise
Full PET water line: blow molder produces bottles → bottle inlet air duct conveys to the 14-rinse / 12-fill / 5-cap monoblock → capper → light inspection (LED) → bottle dryer (air-knife) → conveyor to sleeve labeller → laser coder for batch/date → shrink wrapper packs into multipacks. High-pressure air system (compressor + chiller + dryer + filter + tank) supplies the blow molder.

1Full PET water line: blow molder produces bottles → bottle inlet air duct conveys to the 14-rinse / 12-fill / 5-cap monoblock → capper → light inspection (LED) → bottle dryer (air-knife) → conveyor to sleeve labeller → laser coder for batch/date → shrink wrapper packs into multipacks.
