Funktionsweise
Sheet pre-feeding -> sheet preheating (with simultaneous label cutting and transmission) -> cup forming with wrap-around in-mold labeling -> filling -> sealing -> cutting -> product output. Servo-driven main drive with pole-swing reciprocating motion. PID heat compensation on preheating and sealing plates. Automatic servo deviation correction compensates for sheet shrinkage at heat-seal and cut stations.
