Funktionsweise

After sterilization, bottles are fed by a supply machine to the filling machine conveyor, where they are positioned in molds for filling by 12 magnetic pump heads (custom Shenzhen servo-controlled) using tracking-type dispensing. Pipeline has no dead angles or blind tubes; quick-disconnect connections. After filling, bottles are transferred via dial wheel to the stoppering station: rotary-disc tracking stoppering with whole-rotation stopper pickup, vertical lift + synchronous rotation + tracking-progressive stoppering structure. Stopper vibration plate and track in 304 SS, easily removable for sterilization. Main machine and fill/lift motions are synchronously controlled.

Prozessbeschreibung
