Funktionsweise
Large-scale static vacuum drying: material is loaded onto 120 aluminium alloy trays (1.2 mm stamped, 3 mm holes, anodised surface) → 4 SUS304 tray trolleys pushed onto SUS304 rails inside the chamber → door sealed. 22 heating panels circulate hot water (DN108 inlet / DN89 outlet, metal-threaded connections); each panel has 3 baffle plates to prevent short-circuiting. SED-ZKB-R vacuum pump (300 L/s, 600 Pa) draws air through SUS304 φ108 vacuum main pipe; vapour-liquid separator (φ1500×2000 mm + φ500×800 mm liquid tank) recovers solvents. Hollow silicone rubber sealing strip + heavy-duty 304 hinges + lead-screw handwheel sealing. Reduced pressure lowers the boiling point of solvents in the material, enabling low-temperature drying to protect heat-sensitive products. Pre-drying sterilisation is possible.
