Funktionsweise

Bottles travel on a conveyor with adjustable side rails; a separator motor controls spacing. A lift-type cap-putting hopper transfers caps via belt to the cap-discharging mechanism, where a blowing action flips bottom-upward caps. As each bottle passes the cap-discharging outlet a cap is placed on top, then the bottle enters a synchronous-belt clamping section where a cap-pressing wheel presses or screws the cap to required tightness. Tin-foil and photoelectric sensors verify each unit; unqualified bottles are kicked out by a pneumatic reject cylinder. All speeds set via Delta PLC + touchscreen HMI.

Reinigung und Wartung

Pre-shift: wipe outer surfaces, conveyor and machine interior with a clean damp cloth; wipe cap hopper inside/outside with damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe machine and bottle-feed track with damp cloth. Periodic mechanical cleaning: disassemble in order (lift cap-putter, cap-discharger, bottle-clamper, rotating section, conveyor) then reverse to reinstall. Keep electronics dry; use clean dry cloth on touchscreen and sensor windows.
