Funktionsweise

Three-stage smoke and dust filtration with centrifugal fan suction. Contaminated air enters via a Φ65 mm (or Φ50/Φ38) suction port, drawn by a high-pressure centrifugal blower (frequency-division motor with closed-loop control). Stage 1: 4 pleated filter cartridges with large surface area trap macro particles; pulse-jet auto-cleaning maintains filter performance during operation. Optional fire-resistant or high-temperature cartridges, pre-cyclone separator, and universal suction arm available. Stage 2: Coconut-shell activated carbon filter (no carbon leakage, uniform distribution) + HEPA filter for chemical vapors and sub-micron particles. Stage 3 (E option): Aluminum-alloy frame pleated HEPA filter, ≥99% efficiency at 0.3 µm.

Reinigung und Wartung

Pleated cartridge filters are pulse-jet auto-cleaned during operation. Replaceable consumables: primary cartridge DH140200 (×4); secondary/tertiary filter HP310H50. Status LEDs on the control panel indicate when each filter stage requires replacement. Do NOT use the purifier to collect: flammable substances (gasoline, thinner, benzene, kerosene, paint), explosive dusts (aluminum, magnesium, titanium, zinc, epoxy resin, cobalt powder, carbon black, flour, tobacco, oils, pharmaceuticals or other liquid aerosols), or corrosive gases (ozone, formic acid, HCl).
