Funktionsweise
Forced-air-circulation dry heat sterilization. Inlet air passes CINO pre + medium efficiency filter, then high-temperature HEPA at chamber inlet. Inside the all-welded SS316L chamber, a 0.75 kW high-temperature circulation fan moves air uniformly across loaded baking trays past 21 kW SS304 electric heaters, raising the chamber to setpoint up to 250°C (design 300°C) — protein and pyrogen are destroyed by sustained high-temperature dry heat. After the hold, the cycle switches to forced-air cooling via auxiliary 560 m³/h fan + HEPA-filtered ambient air. Class 100 (ISO 5) clean conditions are maintained inside the chamber via inlet + outlet HEPA filters at all times. Double motorized doors are interlocked.
