Funktionsweise
Material enters the feed port and is transported horizontally by the vibration force of two 0.75 kW motors across the fluidized bed surface. Hot air (0–150 °C) passes through the primary and intermediate polyester non-woven filters, is heated by the 48 kW electric heater, enters the lower plenum and distributes evenly through the bed mesh, fluidising the material and exchanging heat. Moist exhaust air is dust-removed in the XF-0.5 cyclone separator and discharged by the induced-draft fan. Dried product exits the discharge port. Three DN120 sight glasses (316 SS/glass), and temperature and pressure ports allow process monitoring.
