The stoppering module handles half/full stoppering of vials, vacuum stoppering of prefilled syringes(2.25 mL) and cartridges, and capping of cryovials. Designed to operate inside a biosafety cabinet, it captures and saves filling-process data for technology-transfer to commercial-scale lines. The control system allows rapid adjustment of filling parameters for different drug formulations, making it highly suitable for process development. Features a proprietary HMI operating system with electronic signature, audit trail, and batch record export for data integrity compliance.
