Bottles are manually placed onto the infeed conveyor→ soaker(pre-brush + 8-min alkali soak and rinse) → outer-brush machine(7 large brushes, high-speed exterior brushing) → inner-brush/drain machine(drum intermittently rotates, brushes enter bottle interior, nozzles spray-rinse, drain) → second work zone(~90 °C hot-water sterilising rinse) → outfeed to next process.
