The operation chamber and gas circulation purification system form a sealed working space. Inert gas(Ar or N2) is first purged to displace oxygen and moisture(gas washing). The circulation purification system then continuously removes residual H2O, O2 and organic solvents via a copper catalyst + molecular sieve column, lowering chamber H2O/O2 to <1 ppm. Saturated purification material is automatically regenerated by PLC using a working-gas + 5-10% H2 mixture, enabling unattended operation. High-vacuum solenoid valves(not pneumatic) eliminate pilot-gas pressure requirements, reducing gas consumption. ZrO2 oxygen probe and dew-point water analyzer provide real-time atmosphere monitoring.

Caution: Do not start circulation purification when purification column temperature exceeds 50 degrees C. Do not start circulation purification when chamber O2 level exceeds 400 ppm. Activated carbon adsorber(if fitted) should be replaced approximately every 2 years. Purification material life is 10-15 years under normal use; misoperation(e.g., starting purification at high O2 or high temperature) will damage purification material.
