SED-GS-L is an automatic desiccant inserting machine compatible with round, oval, square, and flat-square bottles. Pouches are cut from a disc-roll and inserted into bottles at 50–100 bottles/min. Operates independently
مبدأ العمل
A bottle-blocking cylinder on the bottle-feeding track stops each bottle at the desiccant-filling position with the bottle mouth aligned to the cutting mechanism. A stepping motor drives the bag-feeding mechanism, pulling desiccant pouches from the disc reel. A color-mark sensor detects the pouch and controls the bag length precisely. Scissors cut the pouch and drop it into the bottle. The conveyor belt transports the filled bottles to the next equipment while the next bottle moves into position.
