SED-BJ-IV-A — Semi-Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

Empty capsules are loaded into the hopper and fed to dual capsule-sowing stations, where they are oriented(cap down) into the mold plate holes. Vacuum from the integrated 40 m³/h vacuum pump separates the cap from the body inside the mold ring; the body remains in the lower mold while the cap is held in the upper mold. The lower mold-ring is rotated to the powder-filling station, where a tamping/dosing mechanism(with visible powder-level window) doses powder or granules into each capsule body. The upper mold ring is then realigned with the lower ring, and a pneumatic locking cylinder presses each cap onto its body. Filled capsules are discharged and the mold returns for the next cycle. Three SHIHLIN SC3 frequency inverters provide independent stepless speed regulation for each drive.
