SED-BJ-III — Recommended Build

Empty capsules are loaded into the hopper. The capsule feeding mechanism orients capsules and feeds them into the U-shaped turning station, where vacuum draws each capsule body downward into the lower mold plate while the cap is retained in the upper plate(separation). The lower mold then indexes under the powder/granule filling station — operator pours material into the funnel and the vibrating distributor doses each body. The upper mold plate realigns with the lower mold, and the locking station presses caps onto bodies. Filled capsules are ejected into the discharge chute. Frequency converter provides stepless speed control; Siemens PLC governs the electropneumatic sequence.
