مبدأ العمل
The line consists of:(1) the 8-head SED-8YTGX-A1 piston filler — bottles enter single-file, positioned by photoelectric trigger and infeed baffle; conical bottle-mouth guide cones align each bottle. Each piston cylinder is driven by an independent servo electric cylinder; nozzles dive to the bottle bottom for foaming products and rise as liquid fills. The dual-stroke pneumatic nozzle handles fast-then-slow fill. After filling, conical hard-seal valves close to prevent drip. Filled bottles transfer to(2) the SED-6XG-A1 rotary capper — an infeed worm screw separates bottles, a star-wheel transfers them to the capping turret where 3-jaw chucks pick caps from the servo-feed channel and apply servo-controlled torque. Cognex vision inspects for missing/tilted/high caps and rejects defects via a swing-cylinder diverter.

CIP(in-line) or off-line cleaning. Process: drain tank→ hot-water wash→ steam sterilisation→ compressed-air blow-down. Auto CIP cycle 30–60 min(depends on customer SOP). Customer to supply cleaning water, hot water, detergent, steam and waste collection/drain system. Spray-ball working pressure 3 bar.
