SED-80PZ1-V — Pre-Filled Syringe Blister Packing & Cartoning Line

Pre-filled syringes leave the upstream labeling machine and enter the mechanical feeder: clamping belts lift the syringe up an incline; storage section buffers and pitches them; a servo-driven screw conveyor presents one syringe per pitch to the suction head; a suction cylinder grabs the syringe, then a rotary cylinder corrects orientation; the head deposits the syringe into the formed blister cavity. PVC sheet is thermoformed; pressure-boost cylinder seals foil at 165 °C(adjustable); water-chiller circulates cooling water. Camera vision system inspects each blister for syringe presence and orientation; faulty blisters are rejected. Die-cut blisters proceed to ZHW-100 cartoner for vacuum carton erecting, leaflet folding/insertion, blister+leaflet inserting, end-flap closing, pharmacode verification, steel-letter coding, and reject for missing parts.
