SED-80GB1-B — High-Efficiency Interchangeable-Pan Tablet Coater

Tablet cores undergo complex tumbling trajectories inside a sealed rotating drum; guide-plate baffles promote uniform flipping and exchange. Inlet air is filtered through three stages(initial, medium, HEPA, achieving Class 100,000 / ISO 8) and heated to 40–80 °C by an electric heat exchanger, then passes through the drum and exits through perforated base screens. A peristaltic pump(BT-300) delivers coating solution from a stirring tank to Iwata WA-101 atomising spray guns; the coating medium dries rapidly under the hot-air flow to form a dense, smooth film. An exhaust fan maintains >10 Pa negative pressure inside the drum; a back-flow prevention device at the exhaust port and a pulse bag-filter isolate residual powder. Closed-loop PLC control governs negative pressure, temperature, drum speed, and spray flow rate.
