SED-8-8-10YTGX-C1 is a complete eye-drop filling line for 5-15 mL plastic dropper bottles. It consists of a bottle unscrambler (SED-200LP-C1), a 24-head rotary air-rinser (SED-24QX-C1), and a high-speed eye-drop filling,
مبدأ العمل
Pre-cleaned bottles are unpacked on a self-purifying platform and loaded into the unscrambler feed hopper; a rotating disk rights the bottles and ejects inverted ones. Properly oriented bottles travel by conveyor into the 24-head disk air-rinser where a feed screw and star wheel index each bottle into a gripper; bottles are inverted 180° mouth-down and flushed inside and out with purified compressed air multiple times. Cleaned bottles enter the filling machine where 8 servo ceramic piston pumps dose the liquid precisely(no-bottle-no-fill), followed by vacuum-disk plug insertion, cap application and rotary capping. All filling, plugging, cap-feeding and capping operations are performed inside the oRABS enclosure under active Grade-A laminar flow.
