Double-discharge rotary tablet press: turret rotates with 51 punch stations under D tooling. In one turret revolution, the upper and lower punches complete two cycles of powder filling, dosing, pre-pressing, main pressing, and ejection(double output). Powder is force-fed by a 3-paddle two-layer impeller central feeder driven by a VFD-controlled motor. Pre-press and main-press rollers(250 mm diameter) apply up to 100 kN each. A TEDEA gravity sensor under the press roller centerline measures every punch's pressure; the PCC control servo-adjusts filling cam to keep tablet weight within ±2%. Servo motors and synchronous motors driven by 6 encoders set pre-press, main press and feeding positions in real time at 0.01 mm precision. Cam tracks(cosine curve double-side) guide upper/lower punches through filling, dosing, pressing and ejection. Bilayer tablet pressing is achieved by changing one set of cam tracks.

After dismantling 4 protection boards, press rollers, upper guide rails and lower guide rail plates are fully exposed for 360° cleaning. Stainless contact surfaces enable wash-down. Punch holes have dedicated oil/dust-proof seals. Clean dust collection pipe in pressing area periodically. Bottom dust-collection tray of SED-3000CCQ-E is removable for easy cleaning.
