مبدأ العمل
All motions synchronized by cam indexing under Siemens PLC full-automatic control. Tubes are automatically fed from an inclined hanging tube storage(speed-adjustable). Servo motor drives tube-cup rotation for automatic color-mark(label) registration. Internal wall hot-air sealing(plastic/composite tubes): Swiss LEISTER heater with temperature control heats tube tail inner wall; chilled water circulates to cool the outer wall, ensuring tight inner seal and clean outer appearance. Aluminum tube sealing: mechanical gripper arms fold the tail into two-edge, three-edge, or saddle-fold configuration. Piston-type metered filling valve ensures stable fill accuracy; injection nozzle extends into tube. Air blow-off device prevents long strings from high-viscosity materials. Elastic expanding tube cups maintain consistent sealing height. Fan exhausts heated gases from the workspace after sealing. Lot number printing, finished product ejection, and defect detection(Omron inverted-tube photoelectric) all integrated. Main drive safety clutch provides overload protection.
