Sample enters via 7725i manual injection valve into the dual-plunger reciprocating parallel high-pressure constant flow pump system; after mixing through the gradient mixer, it is separated on a C18 column(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). Column oven controls temperature(RT+5°C~80°C). Separated components are detected in the parallel dual-cone-hole flow cell UV detector(8μL cell volume). Full digital signal is transmitted to the chromatography workstation for data processing and quantification.
