The 39-station turret rotates; granular material is fed bilaterally into lower punch die holes via the washable forced feeder(dual-impeller, wide-channel, VFD-controlled feed motor). A servo system and German high-precision linear displacement sensor precisely control tablet thickness and fill volume. Upper and lower punches complete pre-compression(30 kN, pre-pressure rollerΦ110 mm) and main compression(100 kN, main pressure rollerΦ250 mm, extended dwell) at bilateral press stations, with bilateral discharge. A pressure sensor samples individual and average values in real time; overload triggers shutdown. Tablet weight is continuously monitored and out-of-spec tablets are rejected by the batch-reject mechanism(also active on start/stop). The Bijur lean-oil pump supplies timed, metered lubrication to upper/lower punch dies, rails, and pressure rollers via individual distribution valves(PLC-adjustable; low-level alarm). The Mitsubishi VFD + Siemens 7.5 kW main motor drives the worm-gear reducer for smooth variable-speed operation with no crawling at low speed.
