SED-50ZLS-R — Pharmaceutical Water Equipment - Multi-Effect Distilled Water Machine

Purified water is pressurized by a multi-stage pump and pre-heated in the condenser via heat exchange, then sequentially through each effect pre-heater, and enters the 1st-effect evaporator where a feed water distributor sprays it onto the inner wall of the heating tubes. The feed water forms a film flowing down inside the tubes and is vaporized by boiler steam. Secondary steam carrying water droplets enters the steam-water separation device(spiral centrifugal pyrogen removal). Separated pure steam enters the next effect as the heating medium; un-evaporated feed water proceeds to the next effect, repeating the process. Final-effect pure steam enters the condenser together with condensate from all effects, non-condensable gases are expelled, and WFI(92–99°C) is produced.
