Process sequence: sugar dissolving→ cooking→ conveying→ gelatin dissolving→ conveying→ mixing/filtering→ temporary storage→ mixing with colorants/flavors→ casting/molding→ cooling→ demolding→ conveying→ drying→ optional coating/panning. A 100 L jacketed pot dissolves sugar(15 kW electric heat); a 100 L gelatin-dissolving tilting pot(7.55 kW) prepares the gel; a 100 L insulated storage tank(8 kW, PLC-controlled double-wall, auto temperature) holds the syrup. A rotor pump(1.5 kW) transfers syrup. Liquid additives(flavors, colors) are metered inline by quantitative pumps through a static mixer. A servo-driven single-head single-color depositor(6 kW) casts at 20–45 cycles/min.
