SED-300YPG-A is a pressure-type spray dryer designed for materials such as agrochemicals. It uses a pressure nozzle counter-current with the hot air stream and a diaphragm spray pump. Heating is by direct gas-fired furna

Liquid feed(40% solids) is delivered by a hose-type diaphragm pump through SS304 piping to a pressure nozzle inside aΦ4000×9000 mm drying tower(55° cone, 3 mm SS inner shell). The pressure nozzle atomizes the liquid counter-current to a 200°C hot-air stream supplied via initial+medium air filter, gas-fired direct heater, hot-air duct and tower-top distributor. Solvent evaporates and dried product falls to the tower base; entrained fines are separated through a cyclone, with the finest particles recovered by the bag filter(300 Nomex high-temperature bags, 100 m² cloth area). Exhaust at~90°C is drawn out by a 45 kW induced-draft fan. Product is collected from tower base, cyclone base and bag-filter base. Eight pneumatic hammers de-cake the tower wall.
