Filled and capped bottles arrive on the inlet conveyor and are transferred onto twin star wheels. As they index past sequential stations, spray nozzles wash bottle exteriors with purified water, detergent and surfactant; rinse stations remove most cleaning liquid with clean compressed-air jets, and high-pressure air-knives(316L) strip residual liquid from the bottle body. A vacuum system simultaneously dries the bottle bottom. Specially designed external-spray nozzles avoid wetting the bottle interior. Servo-driven star-wheels keep the cycle in lockstep with line speed; Siemens S7-1200 PLC + 12-inch HMI control the sequence with three-tier passwords, alarms, audit trail and online data export.
