Cleaned eggs are placed in mold holes on the conveyor. Eggs travel to the cracking station where a special blade cuts the shell while a holding device pries the halves apart. Egg liquid flows down via a catch tray and diverter chute into the white/yolk separator cup; whites flow out one outlet and yolks the other into separate containers. Shells fall into a third collection bin. Diverter trap doors allow the operator to redirect broken-yolk eggs to a'mixed liquid' bin. Drive: quiet 200W motor; pneumatic Ø8 inlet at ≥ 0.3 MPa, 3.5 L/min.

التنظيف والصيانة

Unplug before cleaning. Disassemble separator, diverter chute, and catch tray for individual wash and dry. Spray gun or wet cloth for in-machine parts(avoid switches and rear cover gap). Apply Vaseline/grease monthly with power off. Do not spray water at switches or the rear cover seam.
