SED-2GSP — Twin-Head High-Speed Automatic Desiccant Pouch Inserter

Empty bottles arrive on the conveyor; pneumatic stop cylinders pause each bottle at the filling station with the mouth aligned to the dispensing nozzle. A stepper motor feeds the desiccant pouch ribbon from a reel through guide rollers; a color-mark sensor detects the seal between pouches and signals exact pouch length to the cutter. Twin pneumatic shears(one per head) cut the pouches simultaneously and drop them into the waiting bottles below. The conveyor advances filled bottles to the next station while the next empty bottles move into position. Delta PLC + Delta touchscreen HMI manages timing; AirTAC Taiwan pneumatics drive cylinders. Sick Germany photoelectric sensor verifies bottle presence; auto-stop on missing bottle.
