Empty 1 ml or 2 ml glass ampoules are loaded into the feeding hopper. A rotary disk separates them and a positioning tooth plate(with adjustable gauge E and rod F) presents two ampoules at a time to the indexing transport. Each cycle the pair is moved through six stations:(1) pre-fill nitrogen purge to displace oxygen,(2) liquid drug filling via two glass piston pumps with stop-on-no-bottle interlock,(3) post-fill nitrogen blanket,(4) neck preheating with LPG(or coal gas) + oxygen flame,(5) pull-flame sealing where a melted glass tip is drawn into a sealed point, then(6) discharge of sealed ampoules. The 0.37 kW main motor(1400 rpm, right-handed rotation viewed from the hopper side) drives the cam transmission.
