مبدأ العمل

Tablets enter via inlet port(80×40 mm rectangular). An electromagnetic vibratory drive(sine-wave system) drives a spiral inner helix sieve body. Continuous vibration moves tablets upward along the spiral while powder/dust is removed through the sieve and collected separately via dust port. Polished tablets exit at the upper outlet(Φ51 mm). Polishing speed is manually adjustable via knob. Electromagnet gap 1.0-1.5 mm between armature and core.

التنظيف والصيانة

Disconnect power before any maintenance. Tool-less disassembly of inlet, polishing barrel, spiral vibrating sieve body, outlet, and dust-isolating silicone gaskets. After cleaning, blow dry with compressed air. Clean dust collector promptly. Inlet baffle and sealing gasket are wear parts that require periodic replacement.
