SED-230SPJ-D هو مزيل غبار اهتزازي للأقراص يعمل صعودًا بوظيفتين هما إزالة الغبار والرفع الرأسي. يتصل مباشرة بمخرج مكبس الأقراص ويرفع الأقراص على طول قناة حلزونية داخلية عبر مسار إزالة غبار يبلغ ~4.5 م، مع إزالة المسحوق السطحي عن طريق الاهتزاز وتحريك الهواء المضغوط والاستخلاص بالتفريغ. تخرج الأقراص نظيفة عند مستوى أعلى، جاهزة للكشف عن المعادن أو التعبئة في قوارير في المراحل اللاحقة. متوافق مع أقطار أقراص Ø3–25 mm (القياسي Ø5–20 mm). أجزاء تلامس من SUS304، متوافق مع GMP.
