SED-230SPJ1-D is a top-rotation tablet sieving machine for upward conveyance and dust removal of tablets,easily connected to a tablet press. The dust-removal process combines vibration,compressed air and vacuum suction:
مبدأ العمل
Tablets enter through the inlet at the bottom and are vibrated by the stainless-steel rotating turret onto a spiral upward channel. As they climb, vibration plus pneumatic agitation shake off dust; an acceleration sensor keeps vibration constant regardless of tablet load. Compressed air blows the loosened dust through perforated channel walls into a central vacuum-coupled dust collector. De-dusted tablets are discharged at the top outlet for downstream packaging. RS485 communication and a touchscreen HMI provide integrated remote control.
