Fonctionnement

Tablets enter via inlet port (80×40 mm rectangular). An electromagnetic vibratory drive (sine-wave system) drives a spiral inner helix sieve body. Continuous vibration moves tablets upward along the spiral while powder/dust is removed through the sieve and collected separately via dust port. Polished tablets exit at the upper outlet (Φ51 mm). Polishing speed is manually adjustable via knob. Electromagnet gap 1.0-1.5 mm between armature and core.

Nettoyage et entretien

Disconnect power before any maintenance. Tool-less disassembly of inlet, polishing barrel, spiral vibrating sieve body, outlet, and dust-isolating silicone gaskets. After cleaning, blow dry with compressed air. Clean dust collector promptly. Inlet baffle and sealing gasket are wear parts that require periodic replacement.
