PVC bottom film is heated and formed into blisters; a liquid filling station with 316 stainless steel jacketed plunger feeder dispenses product into the blisters; composite top film is heat-sealed using cylinder sealing; batch coding and perforation(optional) are applied; final boards are punched and discharged. An imported three-color optical tracking sensor aligns the top film with the forming area.
