مبدأ العمل
Industrial steam(0.8–1.0 MPa) enters the shell side of three groups of 316L thick-wall seamless heat-exchange coils through a pneumatic high-temp angle valve. Feed water from the NIKUNI 370W pump enters the 316L boiler shell where it is indirectly heated by the coils to produce saturated clean steam at 0.5 MPa / 158°C. The PLC modulates the industrial-steam intake based on demand for low-load efficiency. Boiler water level is monitored by a magnetic float level gauge(SPES, 316L) with 3-level(high/mid/low) interlock to prevent dry-burn. Dual pressure controllers(Danfoss PC10) and a Danfoss KP36 transmitter regulate working pressure and trigger over-pressure shutdown at 0.5 MPa; a 0.55 MPa full-lift safety valve(Guangyi) provides hardware backup. A boiler-wall temperature sensor cuts power if wall temperature exceeds 155°C with audio-visual alarm. Automatic feedwater control, blowdown, and condensate trap maintain steady operation.
