مبدأ العمل
Material is heated by steam jacket(electric heating optional) with PT100 bottom-insert sanitary sensor(50–200 °C, M12 thread). The bidirectional frame scraper agitator(1.5 kW, 0–86 rpm) wipes the wall continuously while a mid-flow paddle homogenizes the bulk; an inverted slant-tooth top homogenizer(4 kW, 0–3000 rpm) shears the dispersion under vacuum from a water-ring pump(2.37 kW, ≤−0.09 MPa). Independent water phase pot(150 L total / 120 L working, 0.75 kW eccentric disperser at 1450 rpm) and oil phase pot(100 L total / 80 L working, 0.75 kW eccentric disperser at 1450 rpm) preheat their respective phases, which are vacuum-drawn into the main pot for emulsification. Hydraulic lid lifting(1.5 kW) simplifies operation.
