Operates on instantaneous static weighing. Material flow top-to-bottom under gravity: 1. Loading — manual or automatic feed(vacuum conveyor or bucket elevator option) to hopper; 2. Buffer storage — hopper with low-level alarm; 3. Capsule alignment — universal channel(similar to capsule-filling machine indexing, accommodating sizes 0#–4# without mold change); 4. Single-particle release — a spring pin holds the second-to-last capsule while the bottom opens, releasing one capsule at a time onto the weighing pan, then closes and resets; 5. Weighing — high-precision electromagnetic weighing sensor with AD conversion/amplification circuit and built-in F1-class standard weight for automatic calibration; 6. Sorting — PLC controls cylinders to route each capsule into one of three channels: acceptable, rejected, or unweighed(third channel). Control: PC + PLC; alarm modes: audible/visual.
