SED-2-1-1XGS-C1 vial filling, stoppering and rolling-cap machine. Main equipment in a vial line: bottle infeed turret(304 SS, 3 mm thick, with tipped-bottle reject), 2-pump dual-head turret filler driven by a servo-controlled 6-roller peristaltic pump(Purui Fluid brand) with adjustable suck-back for no-drip operation and no-bottle-no-fill interlock; mechanical-arm stoppering and cap loading(no-bottle-no-stopper, no-stopper-no-cap), single-head each; three-knife rolling capper with imported tooling and chip-free design. Low-noise vibratory feeders, missing-stopper/missing-cap alarms, integrated stopper/cap clean zone, in-line inspection port, nitrogen-purge port. All-steel laser-cut frame, nut-pinned, baked enamel finish. Tool changeovers feature graduated scales and numbered parts. Optional Siemens IPC adds audit trail, three-level password, recipes, log, and USB. Fill range 2–30 ml, ±1% accuracy, 40 bottles/min steady-state.
