Bottles enter via buffer mesh belt + dial wheel + high-speed pre-spin zone, then through the vision-assisted inspection zone. Roller motor spins bottles to disturb solution(impurities float). Bottles pass under infrared light curtain at 60deg tilt; vision lens images bottle to touch screen; software pre-screens defects(marks red). Operator confirms via touch screen — defective bottles auto-routed to reject channel. Continuous or intermittent(e.g., 7-bottle batch with adjustable dwell) modes. Patent-protected jam/squeeze overload protection on conveyor.
