Bottles enter via single-line conveyor and are gripped by neck for transport. 14-head rotary rinser sprays sterile water for 2 seconds at 0.18-0.25 MPa(consumption 0.8 t/h). 12-station counter-pressure filler pulls bottle bottom up to seal, equalises pressure, then fills to ±5 mm liquid-level precision; product-contact parts in 304 SS, mirror-polished filling tank. 5-station capper with grab-and-spin(German) heads applies caps from a horizontal cap orienter. Cap elevator(SED-Z) feeds caps via blower(2.2 kW, 35 m³/min) controlled by photoelectric level sensors in the cap hopper.
