The air-supply filter box draws workshop air through a VFD fan, pre-filtered through G4 and F7 filters, into the dispensing booth. Inside the booth, an aluminum-frame liquid-tank H13/H14 HEPA filter(99.99%@0.3μm) further purifies air delivered to the work zone, maintaining GMP Grade A(US 209E static Class 100) cleanliness. Wind speed sensor continuously monitors and auto-adjusts fan speed. Exhaust from the booth bottom passes through a bag-in-bag-out(BIBO) H14 HEPA filter(99.995%@MPPS) via exhaust fan to outdoor/rooftop, maintaining overall negative pressure to prevent powder leakage. Three differential pressure switches monitor initial/mid/HEPA filter resistance and alarm for replacement. Color LCD HMI controls wind speed, filter countdown reminder, and UV sterilization timer. Entire system is explosion-proof design.
