SED-12XPHG-A — 12-Station Bottle Washing, Sterilising and Drying Integrated Machine

Servo motor rotational positioning across 12 stations. First row(12 stations): medium-pressure medium-temperature(40–60°C) purified-water rinse of bottle interior and exterior. Second and third rows: high-pressure high-temperature(85°C) purified-water rinse of interior and exterior; the two rinse zones are physically separated by square tubing to prevent clean water contamination. From the fourth row onward: 100°C high-temperature, high-pressure hot air blow-drying of the bottle interior — bottles held inverted so internal airflow from the duct, combined with the heat exchanger in the evaporator and high-pressure fan heat-recovery circulation, rapidly evaporates and vaporises residual moisture from the bottle walls. Optional recirculating-water mode: upstream zone uses tap water heated to 85°C, downstream uses purified water heated to 85–90°C with secondary water treatment on the recovered water.
