SED-12SQJ-P — Plastic Cup Form-Fill-Seal-Cut Machine

Sheet film(PET/PS, 0.8-1.0 mm thick, 290/310 mm wide) is unrolled onto stainless film-feed chains. An upper and lower magnesium-aluminum preheating plate(with non-stick coating) heats the sheet to forming temperature. The sheet then enters a forming station where pneumatic punches and dies(>=0.6 MPa) form 8 cups simultaneously. A balance-tank-fed dosing-piston system meters 150 ml per cup through pneumatic open/close fill valves; a CIP loop is built in for cleaning. Three-layer aluminum-plastic sealing film is unwound(electronic clutch + color-mark sensor + edge-correction) over the cups; a heated seal plate then seals each cup, followed by a separate cold-seal station. Three independent punch/cut stations perform punching, transverse cut and crease/scoring. Mitsubishi servo + precision reducer drives the main chain; Omron PLC + HMI + temperature controllers in a SS cabinet handle automation. Belkis centralized auto-lubrication and a clean-air positive-pressure shroud(with HEPA filtration and UV bactericide) keep the form-fill-seal area clean.
