Gelatin and medicine are prepared and degassed in 200 L jacketed(316L lined, 304 outer) tanks with vacuum, heating and stirring; suspensions are pre-milled in a colloid mill. Tempered gelatin flows to two die rolls(7A04-T6) where two PU-laminated gelatin ribbons are formed via the gelatin spreader box(H62 brass). The medicine is metered into capsule pockets by a precision wedge-injection pump(440C cores, HT20 cast body, 316L hopper) — the wedge height is electrically adjusted from the touchscreen for automatic volume change. The two ribbons converge on the mold rolls; capsules are formed and cut. They drop onto a PU conveyor for blower-driven shape-setting, then enter intelligent dehumidifier tumble dryers(Siemens/ABB-driven; Siemens KTP900 HMI; Puresci dehumidifier wheel with Komson chiller) at controlled temperature and humidity. Finished softgels are inspected on the LED light table.
