Plastic tubes(or aluminum-plastic composite tubes) and aluminum tubes share a 304 stainless full-enclosed body. Tubes are loaded by hand into magazines; servo-driven flap units(with vacuum holes) drop them into cup-holder dies on a synchronous-belt servo-indexed turret. Stations: color-mark registration(US Banner sensor) -> dual valve-body plunger filling nozzles(descend into tube, lift while dosing, blow-cut to prevent dripping/strings; 316L contact) -> for plastic / composite tubes the Swiss Leister dual hot-air system heats the tail interior and a cam-link mechanism presses and seals; for aluminum tubes a manipulator folder crimps the tail -> batch number embossing(single/double side) -> tail trimming -> finished-tube ejection. 9 servo motors(alignment, filling, main drive, nozzle lift, turret, aluminum-tube folder, plastic-tube hot-seal, etc.) all coordinated by a motion controller.
