Substrate paper unwinds from one of two unwind stations(3" air shaft, 76 mm core, 100 N·m magnetic powder brake, electric loading + auto web steering). Block hot-melt adhesive is loaded into the 150 kg aluminum tank and heated by cast-in heaters in three independently PID-controlled zones(max 230 °C). A high-temperature gear metering pump(VFD-controlled) feeds adhesive through a 3 m PTFE-cored heated hose(1200 W trace heat) to the alloy steel coating head. The blade-coating head dispenses adhesive onto the substrate via internal flow channels with multiple local-zone temperature and flow valves; substrate passes through aΦ215 mm chrome-plated steel coating roll backed byΦ215 mm silicone composite roll(water-cooled, dynamically balanced). The web then passes through the engraved perforation roll(Φ215 mm, oil-cooled) against a silicone backing roll, then to one of two rewind stations(3" air shaft, 76 mm core, dual 100 N·m magnetic powder clutches). Touchscreen(Delta) and Inovance VFDs synchronize coating-head and main drive speeds. Pneumatic cylinders(AirTAC,Φ100 mm × 2) lift the coating head and composite roll for substrate threading.
