Loaded stoppers/caps tumble inside an S31603 perforated drum within a sealed S31603 chamber. Wash cycle uses central strong spray combined with ultrasonic cavitation(or air flushing). Steam sterilisation at design temperature 133 °C. Vacuum drying removes moisture. Cooling via vacuum + fresh-air exchange. Elephant-nose mechanism auto-discharges stoppers into downstream sealed transfer. Grundfos circulating pump; FUJIKIN pneumatic angle-seat/diaphragm valves on critical water, steam, and air lines.
