Blister cards from the upstream blister machine are split into single-card lanes, fed onto the inspection conveyor, and held by vacuum belt. A SICK fibre-optic photoelectric sensor detects each blister card and triggers the LED light source and camera to capture the image. The image data is passed to the in-PC inspection software(via acquisition card / PCI board), which analyses each board as OK or NG. NG boards are ejected by FESTO solenoid-valve rejection actuators into the reject bin; OK boards pass through. The dual-station design inspects both front(tablet) and back(aluminium foil) faces in one machine pass.

Power off before cleaning. Wipe camera lenses and light source windows with a lint-free cloth. Clean conveyor belts and reject bins after each production run. Do not spray water on electrical components.
