Saturated steam is the sterilization medium. Before the sterilization phase, the cycle pulsates vacuum and steam several times to evacuate residual cold air from load crevices, ensuring uniform heat penetration throughout porous loads(textiles, dressings). The working temperature(139 °C) and pressure(0.25 MPa) are maintained for the configured hold time. Temperature is monitored by two Pt100 probes(chamber and in-load). Cycle data(pressure, temperature, time, F0) are printed by the EPSON-chip micro printer.
